Louisa Ralepelle (Stakeholder Management)

Louisa obtained a Hon. Degree in BA Development and Management (Local Government Studies) in 2014. In her field of study, she acquired knowledge on public service delivery, relevant legislation, the role and responsibilities of public service managers, and the diverse and dynamic environment in which public service officials’ functions. She has a passion for helping and serving people. Her dream in life is to change the lives of the less fortunate, especially those residing in local communities. She enjoys working in an environment where she can make a sustainable difference and contribute in the lives of those in need, by ensuring that the services delivered to them are user friendly and can benefit them as a community.

Ferdie Mocke (Business Development)

Ferdie is an experienced strategic- and business planning facilitator with exposure to different types of businesses in the energy, financial, services, manufacturing, health and agricultural industries. He has extensive private enterprise managerial experience, backed by his education at UNISA and Henley University and is well-known in the disaster management fraternity, inter alia as member of the team responsible for the drafting of the National Disaster Management Framework. During the last ten years he has been actively involved developing integrated agricultural and community development programmes. Following this integrated development approach, the development of agricultural hubs initiate community development and the enhancement of the livelihoods of all the community members.

Edith Vries (CEO)
Edith has a proven track record of executive level leadership in the public, corporate and not-for-profit sector coupled with a distinguished academic tenure and accomplished research background. Her employment history includes Director General for the Department of Small Business Development in September 2015, Director General at the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (DAFF); Executive Head of the Independent Development Trust (IDT); Director of Community Development at the Department of Welfare; and Associate Professor at the University of the Western Cape. Edith Vries holds a Bachelor Degree in Social Science, Honours in Psychiatric Social Work and a Masters Social Science specialising in Clinical Social Work.
