PSCBC Bargaining Council

The PSCBC facilitates negotiations to promote fair and equitable wages, improved working conditions, and sound labour relations across the public service. It provides an independent platform for collective bargaining, bringing together the Employer and Organised Labour to negotiate matters of mutual interest in good faith. Through this process, the parties work collaboratively to reach agreements that contribute to labour peace, stability, and effective public service delivery.

Any party to the Council may submit a written proposal on a matter of mutual interest to the General Secretary for consideration by the Council, in accordance with the PSCBC Constitution and established collective bargaining processes.

Celebrating a Life Well Lived.

The PSCBC, PHSDSBC, GPSSBC and PSA are holding a memorial service in honour of the late Council member, Mr John Teffo. His spirit will continue to live on in the lives of those he touched professionally, personally and spiritually. His dedication, wisdom and commitment to serving others have left an indelible mark that will never be forgotten.

May the family of Cde John Teffo find solace in knowing that their loss is our loss, and that his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and worked with him. His legacy of service and compassion will forever remain with us.
