Have you ever heard someone saying, I am aware what is causing friction with others, but then declares I cannot change this aspect of myself.

This is so typical these days. My focus in my consulting practise is to help people change.

Often I encounter situations where people do not want to change. The world is full of stubborn people. They will allow relationships to be destroyed. They will allow everyone to suffer simply because they do not see the reason for change.

Are you perhaps clinging to parts of yourself where you are declaring - I cannot change?
