If you didn’t know why/how I started to work on my physique you’re about to know, : My dad once said to me “you’re too skraal, you don’t even look like you’re working”, he encouraged me to join the gym. His words hit me so hard because I thought I was looking great, it was then when I started investing in myself... My physique will always be dedicated to my Dad ❤️ my living legend...
