Hands busy, jars full, and fermentation magic happening! 🥬✨

Today’s Sauerkraut & Fermentation Workshop, facilitated by , was a hands-on experience where participants chopped fresh veggies, mixed their own brine, and packed their very own glass jars to ferment at home.

Fermentation is a powerful way to extend the life of the vegetables we grow, reduce waste, and support gut health and a healthier lifestyle - all while keeping things simple and sustainable.

The response has been incredible and we’ve already had many requests for another session!
