For so long I cared too much about what other's thought of me. And by doing this, I passed up on so many opportunities that in retrospect, would have been absolutely life-changing for me.

Once you allow the opinions of other's to dictate how you live your life, you end up ignoring your passions and purpose in life.

So, take a stand today and make that decision to say, "f**k it, this is my life and I WILL be doing what I feel ignites my spark and passion in life!". And remember what other people think of you, is none of your damn business.

Be bold and ask. Sometimes it's as easy as that!

Such beauty amongst such uncertain times.

Let's all use the time and look inward and release the beauty and strength we possess.

Make this period of uncertainty a period where you get to know yourself.

Many of us are are home due to lockdown and although this pandemic is scary to say the least, let's not have it steal everything from us.

Being in lockdown for over a month, I've been able to take time and learn more about myself. I've identified where true passion lies and I have started turning my passion in a working reality.

What's stopping you from doing the same?

We often complain we don't have time to ourselves and to work on ourselves or our dreams, yet here we are with this time we have.

So, starting today take the time to learn who the authentic you is and learn what you're passionate about. Take this time to start making that dream morph into a working reality for you!

So often we find ourselves drowning in all the negativity that surrounds us. Whether it be the people around us or the situations we find ourselves in.

The secret to overcoming this negativity is to highlight your blessings and that's what has helped me overcome so much in life.

I admit, there were times when I felt like "f**k this, I wanna throw in the towel". There were times when I was so down and out I lost my direction and felt like I had no purpose.

This all changed when I identified my blessings and used the positive energy to overcome and grow.

My husband and kids are my blessings. They've helped me up and pushed me to launching and growing two businesses. Without them, I'm not where I'd be today.
