Christian Friendly Products

The not-so SA's #1 Cereal to many in SA anymore.
For many years Weet-Bix was the #1 breakfast cereal to me and to many Christians alike until today where I will never buy Weet-Bix again. I had to move the half eaten bowl of Weet-Bix away from me when I noticed the new halaal label on the side of the box. The still full box I also need to discard now. It did anger me. Weet-Bix finally bent the knee to Islam by adopting the halaal label. I think we as Christian consumers must finally just say "Enough!" and stop buying products with the halaal label on starting with Weet-Bix. Join us in this and just buy another cereal. Just comment yes and share this to other believers. Sometimes we must act on out believes and not on our tast preferences. Halaal is not something any Christian should ever support. Not that halaal offer a less superior product, but that it actively supports Islam. God is a jealous God sharing His glory with no one. The god of Islam is just not the God of the Bible. Do not believe the lie. Let us make a stand and be good Steward. Christians are more than 70% of the population with Islam at 2% and yet we all are forced to buy halaal. Let us not be the cause of our brother stumbeling anymore.

Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass. - Prov.16:3 (kjv)
What does it mean to commit they way unto the Lord? It is to start of your endeavour on a solid rock. Your foundation that you build on should be the Lord. If you start that way your house/business/family will be a success. Sometimes we think we are, but give it some honest thought. How do you commit your way the to the Lord or build upon a rock? A rock is however the strongest foundation and sand probably the worst. Is your business a Kingdom purposed business or just to have an extra income or exstra security? Does your business contribute to the Kingdom in the way that it should or the potential that it has? Can it contribute in reaching the lost? Is it openly saying that this business belongs to the Lord? Committing your ways actually requires commitment. But never trust in earthly wealth for security. That said God does bless that which honours Him. Have you considered a bold move that goes against worldly opinion by maybe carrying a Christian Friendly logo.
