Customer Service Representative

Location: Durban

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

- Ensures quotes are completed timeously.

- Accurate capturing and maintenance of all customer information

- Liaise with production and dispatch on the progress of jobs.

- Manage customer queries effectively and efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

- Matric essential

- Relevant tertiary qualification an advantage

- Minimum 3 years’ prior experience in the Labels industry – ESSENTIAL

- Intermediate computer skills
