Festive Season Office Closure Notice

📢 IMPORTANT NOTICE: INTERVIEW ATTENDANCE CONCERNS

We are halfway through our 4-day virtual interview schedule, and unfortunately, we must express concern over the level of participation.

We are deeply concerned about the lack of commitment shown by a significant number of shortlisted candidates during our recent recruitment process.

Out of 210 candidates initially shortlisted, only 135 responded after a follow-up communication was sent. From this group, 80 candidates were selected for interviews, and 50 confirmed their availability.

Despite the interviews being conducted virtually, requiring no travel or physical presence, only 10 candidates attended during the first two days, while 24 were scheduled.

This has serious implications:

Valuable time and resources have been wasted.

The recruitment and programme timelines have been delayed.

Committed and deserving candidates may lose opportunities due to the lack of professionalism displayed by others.

We strongly urge all remaining candidates to treat this opportunity with the seriousness and respect it deserves. A virtual interview is a professional engagement and must be honoured as such. Failure to attend without prior communication reflects poorly on your reliability and overall readiness for the workplace.

We appreciate those who have participated sincerely and look forward to the final two days of interviews.
