The Mpumalanga International Film Festival (MIFF) invites you to join our free online session where we’ll guide you step-by-step through the NFVF PESP 6 funding application process. 💡

This session is designed to empower filmmakers from Mpumalanga and across South Africa — helping you submit successful funding applications for your next big project. Our goal? 🎯
✅ Support 300 applicants from Mpumalanga this year!
✅ Provide one-on-one guidance for PESP and Disability Programme applications.
✅ Connect you with industry experts from the National Film and Video Foundation (NFVF) and the Department of Culture, Sports and Recreation (DCSR).

The Sixth Presidential Employment Stimulus Programme (PESP 6) is now open for applications!

The National Film and Video Foundation (NFVF) is excited to announce the opening of submissions for PESP 6, focusing on the Audio-Visual Industry. This opportunity, issued by the Presidency through the Department of Sport, Arts and Culture (DSAC), aims to boost job creation and growth in the sector.

The closing date for submissions is Friday, 31 October 2025 for Stream 1 Group 2, Stream 2, and Stream 3.

Important Note: There will be a separate call for Stream 1 – Group 1 (Blockbusters).
