Job Title: IT Assistant
Location: Randburg

Roles and responsibilities include the following:
 Software License Management
 IT infrastructure management (Email configuration and support, VolP system support, system login resets and administration)
 Commissioning and decommissioning VolP extensions
 Network Management, optimizing network functionality and reachability
 Server Management
 IT service provider liaison ( Xneelo,3cX ,MyPBX,FSP,Affinity ,Axsure ,Internet Providers)
 Social platform management (Facebook and Instagram to date )
 Web developer and site manager
 Procurement of IT infrastructure
 IT security management
Qualifications and Experience
 Experience in computer skills-proficiency in Excel
 CompTIA A+ Certification or Equivalent.
 CompTIA Network N+ Certification or Equivalent.
 Diploma in IT.
 Microsoft Server/Cisco CCNA certifications (Advantageous).
 Matric.
 6 months experience in technical support or related field.
 Hands-on Hardware support knowledge and experience.
 Knowledge of VoIP systems and deployment.
 CRM experience. Website development (WordPress). App development. Knowledge of sales funnels. Knowledge of installation and configuration of Microsoft Office Packages. Networking knowledge (configuring routers, switches, IP phones).
 IT hardware knowledge is essential.
 Experience with Financial/Insurance Software Applications would be advantageous.
