Dukkah Spiced Norwegian Salmon.
Dukkah spice is a blend of Almonds, Cashews, Coriander seeds, Sesame seeds, Salt, Cumin seeds, Fennel seeds, Black pepper and Cinnamon.
Sprinkle over the Salmon and place under a hot oven grill.
Grill to your liking and serve with Lemon wedges and Salad.
