Latest house restore.

Some fresh paint on the roof, walls and balustrades to protect it from the coastal breeze.

It's been a while since we've updated our page and we apologise to all our followers.

First up this coastal home which received our attention on the following items:

✅ Roof cleaning and painting
✅ Complete external facade painting
✅ Decking repairs and sealing
✅ Balustrade repairs and sealing
✅ Painting exposed trusses
✅ Sealing of windows
✅ New verandah roof
✅ New paving
✅ Decking joist repairs

Converting the bath to a shower with minimum disruption to the rest of the bathroom.

The importance of keeping some spare tiles by the client made this possible.

Thanks to our project partners Sos Plumbing for all the pipe work and connections and to Outeniqua Aluminium Worx for the frameless shower panel.

The race is on to complete this challenging contract before December shutdown.
