Greystorm Tactical notes with serious concern a video currently circulating on social media depicting an incident involving one of our security officers and a member of the public.

We wish to place on record that Greystorm Tactical does not condone any form of unlawful or excessive use of force. The conduct displayed in the video is being treated with the utmost seriousness.

The employee in question has been placed on precautionary suspension pending the outcome of a full and thorough internal investigation, which has been initiated with immediate effect. The purpose of this investigation is to establish all relevant facts and circumstances surrounding the incident.

Greystorm Tactical remains committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, accountability, and lawful conduct in all its operations. Our officers are required to act within strict guidelines governing the use of force, and any deviation from these standards will be addressed decisively.
Appropriate disciplinary action will follow if misconduct is confirmed.

We will cooperate fully with any external authorities should they become involved in this matter.

We appreciate the public’s concern and request that due process be allowed to take its course. Further updates will be provided where appropriate.
