On National Survivors Day, we honour those living with, through and beyond cancer.

Survival is not only about treatment milestones. It can also be found in the everyday acts of courage: attending appointments, asking for support, resting when needed, rebuilding strength, and allowing life to feel hopeful again.

Consistency during recovery does not mean pushing through at all costs. Sometimes it means gently returning to what supports you. One day, one breath, one choice at a time.

To every survivor, caregiver and loved one: your strength is seen.

Many habits begin as a way to cope.

To calm down.
To take a break.
To manage stress.
To feel in control.
To get through a difficult day.

World No To***co Day is not about judging people who smoke or use to***co. It is about creating awareness, offering support, and remembering that healthier coping tools are possible.

This May, our theme is creativity, and sometimes creativity means finding a new way to meet an old need. Small changes count. Compassion counts too.
