Even on the hottest day in February a cool breeze blows over the high-lying vineyards in the Upper Hemel-en-Aarde. 🌊
These cool temperatures combined with weathered granite soils created this delicate Pinot Gris. Hints of pear and quince on the linear palate with a crisp, dry finish.

Our maiden vintage Seesteen 2024, a Chenin Blanc from the Upper Hemel-en-Aarde Valley sold out really quickly last year.
We’re pleased to announce that the 2025 vintage has just been released and will be for sale in our Bosman Hermanus Tasting Room this weekend.
Chenin Blanc is rarely planted in this cool, elevated region, but here on the sea-facing slopes of the Babylonstoren Mountain it has found its niche. The result? A wine of restrained elegance, a bright acidity and a flinty finish. 🌊
