• Pan-Seared Chicken Livers in a rich, mildly spiced cream sauce.
• Crispy Calamari Patagonica served golden with tangy tartar & fresh lemon.

✨ THE MAIN EVENT
• Slow-Braised Oxtail – rich, savory, and fall-off-the-bone tender.
• Traditional Roast Pork – succulent oven-roasted pork with crisp, golden crackling.

👉 All mains are served with all the traditional Sunday trimmings: Fluffy white rice, crispy roasted potatoes, sautéed country green beans, and sweet, golden pumpkin fritters with cinnamon syrup.
