If sensitive to energy yu may be feeling the fear , tension, anger & frustration in the vibration around yu.. Many are afraid & threatened.. our freedom is being chiseled away & adult citizens treated like naughty children
1 of the ways to reset is by spending time meditating in yr garden .. if no garden then meditate looking out yr window 🌳
If yu can't do either yu can still create a sanctuary in yr mind .. 🌹
Whilst meditating , clear internal space .. whn thoughts arise ..consciously vaporize them..& leave yr mindspace happy & serene.. llke a peaceful sky with no clouds 🌾
Then picture the world the way yu would like it
This is 'Visioning'.. it helps anchor in a new higher reality .. one based on Freedom & Love for everyone, nature & all wildlife 🐦
We humans are meant to be the protectors & custodians of our Planet 🌎
We all have equal right to live ..& co-exist
