Hero WOD dedicated to Lt. Michael Murphy who regularly performed this exact workout while deployed, calling it “Body Armor”.
A gruelling workout but a privilege to do with your friends. It’s an honour to do this workout whilst remembering all those to have served as well as the many lives that have been lost.

💪 YOUTH DAY CHALLENGE 💪
👉1000 burpees with a 3 hour time cap
👉You can Modify this challenge in anyway if you are wanting to be involved.
👉We are collecting kitten and puppy food as well as large dog jerseys for the SPCA. Feel free to donate even if you’re not participating.
