We need to speak up about this before its too late!
There are many environmental and human rights issues to be considered.
South Africa already has limited fresh water supplies, and with climate change pushing up temperatures and creating more stress on our water levels - these challenges will be profoundly impacted by the proposed data centres. A quick search will bring up numerous articles on the dangers we face.
