Our commitment to our driving team is to provide them with modern, well-maintained vehicles that are safe and comfortable to drive, giving them real-time feedback via our systems and procedures on their driving performance, and providing them with the relevant training to enable them to become even better drivers.

Because of the consistently high standards that are drivers achieve, and so passionately doing so, one can easily forget that they are real people, just like me and you. They are fathers and mothers, husbands and wives. Often spending long periods of time on the road and away from their families.

You can assist us in making our drivers jobs just a little bit easier by taking the time to be more patient on the roads. S/He is operating a large rig that is slower and needs more space than a small motor vehicle. S/He is also completely focused on his/her responsibility to operating the vehicle safely so as not to endanger his/herself, other road users and our customers’ cargo. So this might take a bit more time than you expect...

At our workshop in Howick, KwaZulu Natal, we handle all the maintenance and servicing needs of the 360 Logistics' fleet. Like everyone in our team, our dedicated workshop team is obsessed with delivering outstanding service for our Customers.

On call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, our workshop focusses on conducting routine and preventative maintenance when the fleet is at its least productive thereby ensuring that fleet downtime is optimized, so that all deliveries are executed efficiently.
