Busy busy busy! 🥄

Still busy baking up a storm in the kitchen 😅

For tomorrow's Cheesecake I decided to keep it simple and celebrate the delicious taste of a New York Style Cheesecake.

Keeping it simple, but ultra delicious 👌🏼

I baked this Cheesecake during my first employment as Restaurant Manager 26 years ago 😳 and it sold out so quickly that I had to keep on baking Cheesecake at home every night.. any cupboard that you opened in the house would later smell of Cheesecake 🤣

Anyhoo... come and taste it for yourself tomorrow at the Karkloof Farmers' Market
