We slip so easily back into our habitual living, decisions, ways, reactions and choices. It feels less like hard work to live from this space, from the familiar- what you know and predict. Yet it is this very safety and security of knowing that recreates the same life over and over again. Be intentional. Be brave enough to stop and actively do something that scares you, perhaps cause you don’t know what will happen, or how the other person will respond. Say no if you always say yes and feel hollow afterwards. Go out if you always stay in. Learn something so challenging it totally breaks your barriers down and you discover something new about YOU.
