Some runs build speed. Some build endurance. And some remind you how fortunate you are to be here.
What a privilege 🏃

And in the end, he became the man he always knew he could be.
He stopped drinking, stopped chasing validation, and stopped shrinking himself to make other people comfortable. He built his business with his own hands, turned his pain into purpose, and learned that discipline could take him places motivation never would.
He ran toward the man he wanted to become, even on the days his body was tired and his mind was loud.
He lost people, questioned himself, and had moments when life felt heavier than he let on. But he kept showing up.
Not because life became easier, but because he became more intentional about the life he wanted.
He stopped begging for a seat at tables he was meant to build himself.
And when the final page turned, he wasn't just proud of what he had achieved. He was proud of the man he had become.
He kept his word to himself. And that changed everything.
