"Liberate" in our context, means: to take away the debt from you, the living man/woman whom the banks accuse as a debtor. We squash the debt, so that you never have to pay towards that debt ever again. Debt review is done by debt counselors, who will never liberate you from the perceived debt you have - they will just "milk" you further for more payments.
