It's tough to find quick nutritious, unprocessed snacks that aren't filled with sugar when you're out & about.
Try find whole foods that are made from one ingredient.
Eggs, meat, cheese, nuts, & veggies are great. If you're going for fruit or rice cakes, don't forget to pair them with protein to prevent your blood sugar from spiking excessively.
