Living Free

Hey everyone, so I thought it might be nice to share my story and give a little insight to what living free actually means for me.
About 13 years ago now I realized I needed to make a change in my life I was over weight, couldn't breath properly if I exurted myself, my stress levels were not good due to having more month than money, I had no time for myself and as a result was miserable.
So in 2010 I started my journey to a more Natural, Healthy life in all spheres of my life.
Over the next few weeks I will share the ups and downs, good and bad from this adventure, So stay tuned.
