Separation Anxiety
Dogs that suffer from separation anxiety lose their minds when you leave them alone. They frequently cause damage to nearby objects, cry excessively, or bark excessively.

Given the chaos this dog behavior issue may create, it is really concerning. You must thus devise strategies to counteract this canine tendency. Understanding the telltale symptoms of separation anxiety is also crucial.

These symptoms include misbehaving in the first 15 to 45 minutes after the dog owner departs, feeling nervous before you leave, and your pet attempting to touch you whenever possible.

I see many clients that decided to get 2 puppies because they didn't want 1 puppy feeling lonely, or to have a sibling for it to play with. Now they have issues with the dogs fighting over resources or for attention, or just purely bullying behaviour left unchecked. The dogs cannot be seperated without 1 or both of them getting distressed when not together. These are just a couple of the behavioural issues that can develop by having 2 pups in the home, and raised by an inexperienced dog owner.

Unless you are 100% sure you know how to raise 2 young puppies correctly, and have the time and patience to raise them as 2 individual dogs at the same time, and condition appropriate social interaction and behaviour, then please only get one puppy.
