Operations & Store Support Coordinator

Location: Midrand / Centurion

*Role Overview*
Hooked Coffee Co. is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Operations & Store Support Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day operational running of our coffee business across multiple stores.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service while keeping operations smooth and organised.
Key Responsibilities

*Operations & Logistics*
Assist with procurement and distribution of stock from Head Office to our other branches
Monitor and manage stock levels, transfers, and replenishment
Identify and manage wastage, variances, and stock controls
Liaise with suppliers and assist with deliveries

*People & Front of House*
Assist with staff hour management and operational scheduling
Support stores with front-of-house management, service standards, and customer experience
Provide on-site operational support where needed

*Events & Functions*
Assist with private functions, catering, and events
Be available for later hours and weekend work when events are scheduled
Administration Support
Provide operational and administrative support to the Finance & Administration Officer
Assist with basic reporting, paperwork, and internal admin processes

*Minimum Requirements*
Passion for the hospitality industry with a minimum of 3 years of experience
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile
Good administrative and organisational skills
Excellent people skills with a customer-first mindset
Flexible availability (including weekends and evenings when required)
Own transport (advantageous)

*Salary*
R12,000 – R18,000 CTC per month, depending on experience

What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years’ experience in admin, procurement, or logistics support
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data capturing
- Proficient in Excel and basic admin tools
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- A team player with a can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Own transportation
