65% of primary school learners will be applying for jobs that do not exist at present. How do you prepare for this? Technology and innovation need to be the driver to develop the skills required.

Professor Adendorff states that by 2023 we will be seeing the 5th industrial revolution. So how do we ensure that we have succeeded in the 4th IR by then? The 4th IR is complex because it blurs the lines between the physical and digital. AI, IOT and Blochchain technologies are at the center of 4IR. How do we ensure we are prepared for this? It is going to be imperative to have developed the skills for innovation. The sills that the workforce are now looking at will be tech and digital savviness. We need to be catering for the modern learning and creating an environment for life long learning. by 2030 students will be learning more from robots that our teachers today... what a thought... do you agree? Are we ready?
