M Sec Security is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to join our leadership team in 📍Mossel Bay (Head Office)

This role requires a strong operational leader with extensive experience in the security industry, capable of managing large-scale operations, ensuring compliance, and driving performance excellence across all operational areas.

We are looking for a professional who leads with discipline, accountability, and operational precision.

Applicants must meet ALL of the following criteria:

Valid driver’s license
PSIRA Grade A Certificate
Statement of Results: Handgun for Business Use
Regulation 21 Certificate
Armed Response Training Certificate
Police Competency Certificate
Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Minimum 10 years’ experience in the security industry
Minimum 5 years’ management experience in an operational environment

ADVANTAGEOUS QUALIFICATIONS
Tactical Advanced Driving (TAD) Course
Tactical Advanced Weapon Specialist (TAWS) Course
Close Protection Operative Chief Instructor (CPO CI) Course
