Sometimes it's simply about creating a space where you can slow down, take a breath, and just be.

Lighting a candle.
Rolling out a mat.
Finding a moment of quiet amidst the busyness of life.

That, too, is yoga.

Together we'll explore breath, posture, and simple ways to cultivate present-moment awareness before moving into a mindful walking meditation and a short guided seated meditation.

No experience is needed—just a willingness to slow down and spend a little time in nature.

Please bring a picnic blanket to sit on, a blanket to keep your knees warm, and an open heart.
