Introduction

We're seeking Call Centre Agents - Johannesburg (Hyde park) . To Sell a range of insurance, Do debt collection, financial or other products to potential customers

Duties & Responsibilities
• Making professional sales call to customers.
• Knowing the product being sold.
• Handling and overcoming objections from clients.
• Following the sales script 100%.
• Ensuring no risk or fraudulent sales are made.
• Treating the customer fairly.
• Understanding the call centre metrics and consistently achieving minimum metrics.
• Capturing and recording sales call details 100% in the CRM system.
• Can plan and deliver oral communications that make an impact on and persuade customers to buy.
• Listens and understands the customer’s emotions and needs.
• Delivers top class customer service.
• Focusses on exceeding the minimum call centre metrics.
• Ensures that one’s own work is complete and accurate.
• Can function effectively when under stress.

Desired Experience & Qualification
• Proficient in relevant computer applications including CRM systems, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good typing skills.
• Prior call Centre 6 - 12 Months in a similar role sales experience in insurance (long or short-term)
