Retreat with Jen and Kim in a small and intimate group for a journey towards *alignment with your gut.*
Take your power back from food cravings, digestive & body discomfort, unnatural weight gain, brain fog, body aches, skin problems, low energy levels & many more.
During the retreat we will dive into gut health and the microbiome, sharing awareness and easy ways to upgrade your health and wellbeing.
Your weekend accommodation will be at The Good Earth in a very beautiful and comfortable private room overlooking indigenous Garden Route forest.
You will receive teachings on gut health and practical food preparation methods with Kim, a gut massage from Jen and an alignment therapy balance from Debbie.
