We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our operations at Âme Raví. Minimum 5 years' experience is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee daily front and back-of-house operations
• Manage admin, supplier quotes and client relations
• Lead, train and develop staff
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Maintain food, beverage and service standards
• Manage stock control, ordering and budgets
• Drive revenue through upselling and promotions
• Handle guest feedback professionally
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and licensing regulations

REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience as a manager or leader
• Strong admin acumen
• Point of Sales experience will be advantageous
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end environment
• Flexible with nights, weekends and holidays
