Start with the and in mind. Get crystal clear on how you intend to look and feel at the end of November. How would you like to greet December this year?

Stephen Covey writes in his book 'The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People', that, "to begin with the end in mind starts with a clear understanding of your destination. It means to know where you going so that you better understand where you are now and so that the steps you take are always in the right direction.... How different our lives are when we really know what is deeply important to us, and, keeping that picture in mind, we manage ourselves each day to be and to do what really matters most".

So if health and looking good and feeling good is part of that picture in your mind then get very clear about it and vizualize and meditate on it every day and ensure that every action and decision you take is in alignment with your vision.... with the end you have in your mind. 🌹
