As our journey continues to evolve, we’ve made the difficult decision to step back from our day trade location.

This decision has not come lightly. We’ve explored every avenue we could think of and pushed the decision out as far as possible. However, considering ongoing economic pressures, alongside recent personal life changes, we’re no longer able to continue operating in this space.

As we move forward, we’ll be pulling back to refocus our efforts on growing our online presence, as well as our wholesale and retail partnerships. Looking for new ways to continue sharing your in new and sustainable ways.

We are incredibly grateful for the support, loyalty, and conversations shared over every cup of coffee with us. Walmer has been more than just a trading spot, it became the community we'd hoped it would, and for that, we thank you 🤎

While this chapter comes to an end, NINE Coffee continues. You can still enjoy your favourite blends through our online store and other trading locations.

Getting ready for the week ahead, we have some bittersweet news to share 😔 After much reflection and many heartfelt conversations behind the scenes between us, covering many months of going back and forth we’ve had to make an incredibly difficult decision.

We have unfortunately made the decision to close down our Summerstrand Cheshire Homes Trading location. 😭 This hasn’t been an easy call by any means, and something we’ve been pushing out since last year. But with the current economy and the realities of seasonal trade and daily expenses, we’ve had to make the hard decision to protect the long-term future of NINE Coffee.

In addition to this decision, from the beginning of March, Eli starts an international work contract that will take him away from the day-to-day operations across two locations. This development on top of our current challenges leaves us needing to simplify and focus our energy where we can continue to serve you best.

All day trading will continue as normal at our Walmer location, including selected Saturdays 💖

You’ll still be greeted by the same smile and exceptional service from Thuli 🤗 Daily operations and ordering roast will continue, be overseen and run by Tamaryn. We’ll keep showing up every day, always finding and serving your ☕

To everyone, the students and residents who supported us at Summerstrand, if you popped in once or made us part of your weekly ritual we want to say a BIG thank you. You’ve been such a huge part of our story and welcoming us into our first day trade spot 🥺🙏😭

Closing this location has not been easy, and it carries a lot of emotion for us and we are deeply grateful for every bit of love shown towards us.
