I'm a co owner of a PSIRA Registered company and training institute providing security and safety related training to our youth in our community. We pride ourselves in Youth development and has to date trained and secure employment for all of our previous students thus breaking the unemployment curse our future leaders has to endure
We also do Youth outreach programmes in Health and Safety First Aid Fire Fighting and leadership skills to ensure competence for their next interview
My company aim to have at least one employed young people in every household to break the poverty in our community.
With this in mind we face many obstacles as we need training material and some sort of refreshments to serve the students with during the training period
As a new start up company we do not get any funding and or assistance from financial institutions.
I will use this capital to train more young people and have more outreach programmes to assist the young people and local community at large
