We decided on using this slab option as the rectangular layout of the development is ideally suited and there is also no need for any formwork below the slabs which means that brickwork and other finish trades can immediately proceed below and above the slabs once completed, this solution also provides the benefit of time saving on the construction delivery programme as it allows for the units to be completed earlier and subsequently handed over earlier as well.
