We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with 2–5 years’ agency experience who knows that great design isn’t just about looking good - it’s about building and amplifying brands that matter.

You’ll work across multiple brands and platforms in a high-paced agency environment, where your ideas don’t sit in folders - they go live and make an impact.

You should be:
• Strong in brand design, layout and typography
• Comfortable designing for digital-first platforms
• Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
• Output-focused and detail-driven
• Consistent and reliable under pressure
• A strategic thinker who designs with purpose

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Always generating exceptional design and conceptual work
• Strive to always maintain the highest level in fresh creative output with attention to detail
• Inspiring the team through creativity and initiative in the ex*****on of projects
• Assist in the coordination of projects and campaign deliverables to ensure completion of work on time and of high standard.
• Understanding the strategic goals of projects by being involved in briefing and planning sessions
• Creating high-level client presentations and collaborating directly with client teams

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 & 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

• An industry-related tertiary qualification
• A stunning personal portfolio displaying a variety of skills and media
• 5+ years of design experience in an agency environment
• An overriding passion for design and communication
• A professional and uncompromising approach to quality work
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Studio applications (Minimum requirement: Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator. After Effects will be advantageous.)
• Knowledge of various advertising channels and media, i.e., video production, animation, photography, and social media platforms.
• Proficient in technical ex*****on and delivery of final campaign assets for production/placement
• Excellent communication skills
• An energetic team player with awesome people skills
