All participants for next week's People's Triathlon are invited to come and hear it from the experts.

blu_smooth, our official wetsuit partner, is offering a Swim Course Familiarisation session at Pollok Beach on Sunday morning from 9am.

The Blu Smooth team will give pointers on open water swimming and how to negotiate the surf at Pollok Beach, and for those keen, will also do a wet session (in groups of 20) through the surf.

Whether you're training for a competition or simply chasing your dreams, remember that every stroke counts. Keep pushing and don't give up! 🌊🤿
