📣 New Position: Administrative / Personal Assistant & Show House Sitter
(Property Development Company)

We are seeking a reliable and well-organized individual to fill the role of Administrative / Personal Assistant, combined with Show House Sitting responsibilities 💻 🛋️ 🖊️

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and able to manage office-related tasks, personal assistant-related tasks and the upkeep/presentation of a show house.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and personal assistance
- Manage project documentation and filing systems
- Manage schedules, appointments and general correspondence
- Assist with errands and coordination of tasks
- Liaise with internal teams, consultants and suppliers
- Preparing show houses to ensure they are presentable and welcoming
- Greeting and assisting potential tenants / buyers during show house events
- Collecting and recording visitor information and feedback


Requirements:
- Work hours: 08:30 – 18:00 Monday to Friday & two Saturdays each month
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Previous administrative or similar experience
- Strong organizational skills & good written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid driver’s license
- Reside in the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan area
