Our Story
During her seven-year career within the logistics industry, the founder, Carmen Muller, had an idea and asked, What If? What if we can open a logistics company that inspires, a logistics company that extends beyond basic logistic services to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Carmen knew that the service delivery from the shoddy couriers and transporters was inefficient and that inefficiency was paid for by you the customer.
And with the idea of building a logistics company that could tick all the boxes, Boxberry Express was launched in 2015 and quickly became a specialist in the business of freight forwarding.
There are many agencies that do what we do. They share the same what and how, but our partners work with us for our why and our who.
