Personal Lines Client Services Consultant

(Applicants from Tshwane and surrounding areas only.)

Requirements:
· Matric
· RE5 Regulatory Exam
· FAIS credits (Optional)
· Client Services experience
· Own reliable Wi-Fi
· Proficiency in Microsoft (word, excel and outlook)
· Good interpersonal and communication skills

What we offer:
· Monthly Basic Salary between R8 000 and R12 000, excluding commission (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Duties/ Responsibilities:
· Amendments, cancellations, reinstatements and retentions of short term insurance policies
· Query solving and resolution to clients and brokers
· Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision

POSITION AVAILABLE: Personal Lines Inbound Sales Agent
(Applicants should preferably be from Tshwane and surrounding areas.)

Requirements:
– Matric
– RE5 Regulatory Exam
– FAIS credits (Optional)
– Short term insurance sales experience preferable
– Reliable Internet connection
– English fluency is a requirement
– isiZulu, Tswana or Afrikaans fluency will be advantageous

What We Offer:
– Basic Monthly Salary R 7 500.00 – R 9 000.00, dependent on experience and qualifications, PLUS competitive incentive structure.

– Almost 100% work from home. (Tshwane and surrounding areas only and office days from time to time.)

Duties / Responsibilities:
– Taking incoming calls from short term insurance brokers.
– Quoting on multiple insurance offerings on our system.
– Closing of short term insurance policies where the client accepts the quote.
– Handling of queries in a professional and timely manner.
– Developing, maintaining good relations with clients as well as brokers.
– Telephone etiquette and numerical skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook).
– Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
– Must have own reliable transport & own reliable internet connection.
– Work from home.
