Heart-Smart EMS was deployed with R2 and crew to the York Timber (Sabie Mill) trail run held in Sabie. They even had a 5km run with your dog. Like always a well organized event.

The Whiteriver Uplands College Journey is coming to an end. We started in Whiteriver then moved to Sabie and know we are in Graskop. Still 6 teams in the field. The first girls team will be finishing in 2 days ending at Bourkes Luck Potholes. We had a few emergencies so far but all and all it seems well.

The "Beast" was forced to be checked out yesterday as the 4x4 tracks got worse. Luckily it was just a loose heat shield and nothing serious. Thanks to Sabie SupaQuick for there friendly and professional service. R2 our 4x4 ambulance is the back bone of our company and plays a intregal part of the Uplands Journey 2017.
