Super awesome news all thanks to Tshegofatso Legae and , Fredictive team will be running in centurion as from nextweek 14 November 2015 at Thatch fields every Friday afternoon and Saturday mornings,a simple way of limiting and reducing all types of excuses.
The goal of a Group fitness bootcamp, is to provide a whole-body workout that builds strength and endurance,lose weight and live a more better healthy life.The exercise types typically include or , -ups, -ups, -ups and $resistance training.They use a wide range of exercise types that develop both muscular and cardiovascular fitness, and promote safe and effective weight loss.In addition, valued individuals that participate in our BootCamp find that the atmosphere and variety of exercise types provide motivation and combat boredom at the same time.We welcome you,friends and family of all ages.

Quick background about Fredictive Group Training
- Fredictive workout program isn't based on the newest piece of shiny, trendy workout equipment.You learn exercises you can take with you and do almost anywhere with minimal/no equipment at all.All you need is your body and the world around you ( ,friends,family together as one)
- Working out in a group provides built in motivation.Most people tend to push themselves a little harder in a group setting.There is also built in accountability.You are a lot less likely to miss a workout if others(Fredictive team) will notice your absence.That motivation is going to come in handy too. Hey, nobody said these are easy workouts. Being easy is not one of the boot camp workout benefits.There's still no free lunch and still no fooling Mother Nature.You have to do the work.
- Learning new exercises and workouts that you can take with you and do almost anywhere is extremely valuable.Plus all our bootcamp sessions will provide additional information about fitness, health, diet & nutrition, stretching, rest, and general wellness and enjoyment of life!
- Our big boot camp workout benefit is that they break up the monotony of the same old workout routine or the same old jog on the treadmill.You will learn skills and exercises that work muscles all over the body.With all the exercises you can mix and match, as well as all the modifiers, you should get bored with the same old workout routine.

Fredictive Bootcamp challenges every muscle in your body and with little rest in between each set,you're bound to feel the burn and intensity. By constantly moving for an hour, your body has no time to rest, therefore your burning hundreds of calories, even when you stop. It's a way to challenge your body and mind into doing a workout that's effective and you'll get that burst of energy and confidence when you realize what you just endured and completed.Getting through a challenging workout builds confidence and self esteem.
