I remember I was greatly impressed by the team building we did with the company you worked for around 2004/5.

When I was tasked with setting up a new Internal Control Direcorate following the function being a Sub-Directorate, was happy to learn you were now on your own and chose you for our 1st Strategic Planning and Team Building Session as a newly established Directorate.

We became so effective that when the DMR was restructured by the Polokwane Victors in 2009, the unit was unbundled and between 2010 and now, the Mine Health and Safety Inspectorate never needed the Internal Control sub-directorate, a function that was recommended by the Leon Commission in 1994/5 and was in existence when I joined DME in 1996. Since then, fatality rates in the mines have been declining gradually save the stagnation observed in the 2017 performance report and regression in 2018.

I can therefore vouch for the value add of your team building interventions.
