About a month ago Louise ( ) and Cornél ( ) teamed up to offer a Wellness Workshop titled, “Hey, You’re Worth It!” In the session they included a talk on self-worth and a creative art session to guide participants back to connecting with themselves.

After the event, Cornél and Louise were asked what they experienced from having facilitated the workshop. Here’s what they had to say:
