A well-established company is looking for a professional, friendly, and organised Receptionist to join their team!

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Answer and manage the switchboard
✅ Welcome visitors and clients
✅ General reception and office administration
✅ Data capturing
✅ Filing and document management
✅ Coordinate courier services
✅ Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding deliveries and general enquiries
✅ Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are neat and presentable

Minimum Requirements:
✔ Matric (Grade 12)
✔ Minimum 2 years' receptionist/administration experience
✔ Experience operating a switchboard
✔ Computer literate (MS Office)
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Well presented, organised, and professional
✔ Must be able to work in Randburg (Malibongwe)
