We would like to make you aware of a situation that has recently arisen.

A prospective client contacted us regarding grooming services and was informed of our standard booking policy, which requires payment to be made in advance to secure an appointment. This policy applies to all clients and has been in place to protect our business from last-minute cancellations and unpaid appointments.

Unfortunately, after being informed of this policy, the individual became abusive and accused DogWorks of being a scam. We have never provided services to this person, and they have never been a client of ours.

As this individual has indicated an intention to make allegations about our business on social media, we felt it appropriate to proactively reassure our loyal clients.
